Trivia about us (Anja and Björn) who rent the house: We
have two kids, Johanna (born in 2007) and Lisa (born in 2011). We also have a dog called Ellie and a cat called Zoe.
We love Svanebäcks gård and our mission is that our guests
will enjoy themselves here as much as we do. The house that we rent was fully renovated, both internally
and externally, during the autumn of 2015 and spring of 2016. We have used
traditional materials as much as possible, but have also installed all the
modern comforts of the 21st century.
How does it work?
During high season (w 25-w 32) we only rent the house a full week
at a time. The guests check in on Saturdays at 16 pm, and check out next
Saturday at noon.
During low season it is possible to rent the house for
shorter stays. The minimum stay is two nights though.

can choose to pay in advance or at arrival.
What is included?
The interior has a high standard (you find more pictures here). Our goal is that you will
not miss anything duing your stay at Svanebäcks gård. Refrigerator/freezer,
stove/oven, microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine and dryer will make
everyday living comfortable. In the house you also have tv, soundsystem and
Wifi. Sheets and towels for indoor use are included, as well as cleaning after
departure.
In the garden you have garden furniture and a Weber grill.
You also have one parking space of your own (if you and your company bring more
than one vehicle it is easy to find more parking oppertunities close by).
For guests who want to take cycling
tours in the neighbourhood we have some bikes of older model to lend for free.
The surroundings
Two minutes by foot from Svanebäcks gård you find the seaside golf course (Helsingborgs GK) and a child friendly sandy beach. If you prefer to have a bridge you find one closer to Viken (about ten minutes walk from the house). In fifteen minutes you reach the center of Viken by foot.
